City of Encinitas Storm Drain Repair Right-of-Entry (ROE)

The City of Encinitas needs approximately 2-5 days of access through San Elijo State Beach to repair a 20-ft section of 24” HDPE storm drain pipe located within the City’s easement that outlets to San Elijo State Beach. The dislodged pipe will be replaced with fusible 24” HDPE pipe and reconnected to an existing concrete headwall. The work includes 1 minor clearing of non-native vegetation 2 pipe install 3 pedestrian traffic control and 4 possibly a small laydown yard in the day-use parking lot....
