The County of Riverside has been under lease at 68-615 B Perez Road, Suite 17, Cathedral City since 2006. This facility continues to meet the needs of the Department of Public Health/WIC Program, and a Sixth Amendment to extend the lease for 18 months, commencing June 15, 2026, and terminating October 31, 2027, is being sought.
