Tentative Tract Map No. 22-005 (TTM 62349)

The proposed project consists of the subdivision of approximately 19.4 acres into 78 single-family residential lots. The lots range in size from 7,000 square feet to 15,006 square feet. Access into the subdivision would be provided from 20th Street East Figure 2. All streets within the development will be private. A 6’ block wall would be provided around the subdivision with a 4’ landscape maintenance district and meandering sidewalk along 20th Street East.
