Use Permit, Design Review and Tentative Map to construct the Genentech gRED Center Project in the Genentech Master Plan Zoning District in accordance with the South San Francisco Municipal Code and making a determination that the Genentech Phase 1 Redevelopment Projects are fully within the scope of environmental analysis as described in the 2026 CEQA Checklist and Addendum, and no further environmental review is required per CEQA Guidelines Sections 15162, 15164, 15168 and 15183.
