Thompson Court Apartments (PROJ-25-0780)

The Project consists of the construction of a three-story, 70-unit multifamily apartment building with a semi-subterranean parking garage and associated site improvements on a vacant infill parcel, including eight deed-restricted very low-income affordable units. The Project will provide additional rental housing, including affordable housing opportunities, to help meet the City's housing needs through the development of an underutilized urban infill site.
