The California Department of Transportation Caltrans, using state funding, is proposing to use a Rubberized Hot Mix Asphalt RHMA-G overlay with isolated Digouts on State Route SR 299 in Trinity County. The existing pavement will be cold planed to depth of 0.10’ before the application of a 0.10’ RHMA-G overlay to match the original grade.
