The District will conduct manual understory thinning on approximately 45.6 acres within the Joyce-Stevens Monterey Pine Preserve JSMPP to reduce hazardous fuel loading in areas of dense ladder fuels and brush adjacent to residential and commercial development and along Aquajito Road, Monhollan Road, Olmsted Road, Jacks Peak Road, and Loma Alta Road.
