The California Department of Fish and Wildlife CDFW has issued an ITP No. 1927-ITP-2026-092-06, pursuant to Section 1927.3 of the Fish and Game Code to Emma Nica. The Project is limited to replacement of a septic tank at APN 0598-542-03. The current septic tank is a 750-gallon tank and will be replaced in kind.
