Amendment of Marina Municipal Code Section 17.42.170, Short term rentals

Amendments to the Short-Term Rental Ordinance implement refinements to the City's codified standards which establish a permitting process and appropriate standards for rental of whole dwelling units or portions of the same for a period of 29 consecutive days or less to mitigate negative impacts of short-term rental of residential properties and to ensure preservation of neighborhood integrity.
