Clifford Allenby Building Cubicle Reconfiguration

Modification of existing modular office workstations: transforming seventeen 17 7&215;7 cubicle stations and five 5 7&215;9 shared stations into 7&215;9 supervisor stations. Includes reconfiguring workstation panels and interior elements. No expansion of office footprint, no changes to building systems, path of travel, or capacity. Reconfiguration is required to comply with Executive Order N-22-25 requiring return-to-office for state staff.
