San Rafael 2nd and 4th Street Intersection Improvements

The City of San Rafael proposes to improve access to the non-conventional multi-legged intersection of 2nd and 4th Street at the City's westerly gateway, where a principal arterial and minor arterial roadway meets a frontage road and residential streets.
