Kern County Water Agency (Agency) Exchange of up to 20,000 acre-feet (af) of Kern River Water for Arvin-Edison Water Storage District's (Arvin-Edison) 2025-2026

PROJECT TITLE CONTINEUED: Central Valley Project CVP Water. In 2026, the Agency will exchange up to 20,000 acre-feet of Kern River water for Arvin-Edison's 2025-2026 CVP water for the purpose of facilitating in-district delivery of Arvin-Edison's CVP water. There is no construction, land use change, or modification to existing facilities; no new lands will be brought into production as a result of the requested exchange.
