RIVER ROAD RESURFACING 2027 Project Description Project Location: River Road: 1,200 feet east of McHenry Avenue to Henry Road. See attached Vicinity Map. Project Justification: The original roadway of River Road from McHenry Avenue to Santa Fe Road was constructed in 1928 with 2 inches of oil rock and 4 inches of gravel.
