2026 Geotechnical Investigations for the Del Puerto Canyon Reservoir Project (Notification of Lake or Streambed Alteration, No. EPIMS-STA-63696-R4)

The California Department of Fish and Wildlife CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMSSTA-63696-R4, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Del Puerto Water District. The Project involves the construction of temporary low water stream crossings at six locations within Del Puerto Creek stream and tributaries to Del Puerto Creek. Temporary water diversions may be installed if water is present.
