Cal-Ore Telephone proposes to install approximately 140 linear feet of fiber optic cable in a 1.25-inch diameter conduit within the California Department of Transportation’s Caltrans right of way across under State Route 97 in Siskiyou County at post mile 44.642 near Dorris and Macdoel.
