The 7.92 acre project site is located on the south east corner of Dinah Shore Drive and Key Largo Avenue. The project site is proposed to be developed with eight buildings with some detached and others attached for a total of 67,592 square feet. A total of 319 parking spaces with 1 loading space are provided for the site and 65 of these spaces will be shaded with carports.
