Earley Variance

The applicant is requesting approval of a Variance to allow for construction and placement of a 1,750 square-foot detached garage to be located 12 feet from the west side property line and 12 feet from the north rear property line where a side and rear setback of 30 feet is normally required. The garage would be used to store the applicant’s vehicles including a recreational vehicle, trailers, a boat, a quad, and two buggies.
