Description
Caltrans is proposing a highway maintenance project to perform culvert maintenance along Routes 23, 101, and 118 at various locations within Ventura County. The proposed work will utilize methods including invert paving, cured-in-place pipelining, epoxy grout sealing, and cutting and replacing existing culverts. All work will occur within existing State Right-of-Way, and no new right-of-way will be acquired.
