Description
Special Use Permit to allow the construction of a new telecommunications facility, including supporting equipment, and a sixty-four 64 foot monopole as part of an existing telecommunications facility located on a 0.13-acre parcel in the Recreation-Open Space "Rec-OS" zoning district. A setback Variance V 7-25/26-01 was also required to allow the sixty-four 64 foot monopole in which a separate NOE was filed.
