Variance to allow a reduction in the required setbacks from eighty-nine 89 feet to no less than twenty 20 feet from the front property line western boundary and no less than fifteen 15 feet from the remaining property lines northern, eastern, and southern boundaries to construct a sixty-four 64 foot monopole as part of a new telecommunications facility that is within an existing telecommunications facility.
