Amendment No. 1 to Lease Agreement No. 18- 299

The amendment will extend the lease term for five years and allows for the continued use of hangars A-495, A-497 Assessor's Parcel Number 1026-081-15-0000, A-555, and A-560 Assessor's Parcel Number 1026-081-14-0000, consisting of approximately 40,000 square feet of hangar space, 3,600 square feet of office space, 1,920 square feet of storage space, together with associated yard and ramp areas located at Chino Airport.
