Description
Caltrans proposes a District Director’s Order DDO to replace a failed culvert along SR 78 near the community of Julian in San Diego County at post mile 54.1. The scope of this emergency contract is to backfill any voids under the travel way, remove and replace failed culvert, and repair the roadway structural section. The project includes construction area signs, traffic control systems, hot mixed asphalt HMA paving, and striping.
