The proposed project intends to repair the Arnold Road Bridge Bridge No. 58C0195 over the Reservation Main Drain, approximately 1 mile north of the Townsite of Winterhaven, to correct severe structural erosion. Work includes reclaiming eroded embankments with rip rap grout bags, backfilling with 2-sack slurry, installing rip rap for erosion protection, and replacing damaged guardrails.
