Calgrove Self Storage Project

The proposed Project would involve the construction of a four-story self-service storage facility with a total floor area of 94,668 square feet SF, comprised of 92,676 SF of self-storage floor area, 1,200 SF of office, and 792 SF of on-site manager’s residence. Implementation of the proposed Project requires removal of seven oak trees and encroachment of eight at the parcel.
