Description
Revision of the City of Tehachapi Zoning Code to implement programs from the City of Tehachapi’s 6th Cycle Housing Element Update adopted in 2025. In addition, changes were made to Article 7 Signs and Article 6.20 Public Art replacing Murals to broaden the allowable public art installations as well as revisions to improve consistency, clarity, grammatical errors.
