Creekside Village Specific Plan Enhanced Reduced Alternative Project

The Central Valley Water Board is issuing a 401 Water Quality Certificate for the Project. The residential component of the project would include construction of 729 residences, with 580 single family low density residential units and 149 medium-density residential units.
