Grant High School Theater/Auditorium Building HVAC Improvements Project

The project renovated the existing theater and auditorium through installation and replacement of mechanical equipment, ductwork, electrical panels, mechanical enclosures, and roofing over the primary theater. Work also included accessibility improvements to paths of travel, seating, restrooms, stage access, stairs, and chairlift; acoustical treatments; and repairs to existing finishes. The Board approved the project on January 14, 2025.
