Tentative Parcel Map No. 4344

The proposed project consists of a parcel map to subdivide an existing approximately 287.09-acre parcel into two parcels: Parcel 1, consisting of approximately 40.78 acres, and Parcel 2, consisting of approximately 246.31 acres. As part of the project, Parcel 1 would be removed from the existing Williamson Act contract Contract No. 1428-C-71 through a partial cancellation, while Parcel 2 would remain subject to the existing Williamson Act contract.
