Modification to the Final Maps for Phase I and II of the Loomis Ranch Subdivision to remove the Wetland Preservation Easement areas on Lots 7 and 11, and allow construction of two driveways to access the rear of the parcels. Project : PLN24-00131 From parent project: Modification to Loomis Ranch Phase I and II approved map to reduce wetland protection easement on Lots 7 and 11 to conform to revised U. S. Army Corps of Engineers wetlands boundaries.
