Emergency repair of a landslide near the intersection of Almond and Center Streets. This will involve the construction of a concrete wall to protect the adjacent roadway, waterline and overhead utilities. Emergency declared on 7/17/2026. See attached e-mail declaration and memo describing the urgency and need. The proposed emergency project includes best management practices and measures that will both mitigate the existing hazard and protect water quality refer to attached.
