Goodwin Water Diversion Project (Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. EPIMS-HUM-66978-R1C)

The California Department of Fish and Wildlife CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS-HUM-66978-R1C, pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant, Isha Goodwin. The Project is limited to one encroachment. The single encroachment is for water diversion from an unnamed tributary to the Klamath River. Water is diverted for non-cannabis irrigation and livestock.
