Talley Recharge Project

The Project would construct a new point of diversion and intake/fish screen structure on the Eastside Bypass, a pump station, and an approximately 3,400-foot conveyance pipeline to divert flood flows to a dedicated 5-acre recharge basin and to approximately 160 acres of farmland for the purposes of groundwater recharge when flood waters area available.
