El Monte Pipeline No. 2

The project proposes rehabilitation and repairs along 12.2 miles of the existing El Monte Pipeline, including the Grossmont Tunnel. The purpose of the rehabilitation is to extend the pipeline’s service life, enhance operational efficiency, and improve reliability.
