Caltrans approves the encroachment permit for Southern California Edison SCE to replace a deteriorated utility pole 374879E within Caltrans right-of-way ROW along State Route SR 164 at post mile PM 6.15, as well as perform traffic control activities, in the City of Rosemead, Los Angeles County.
