Caltrans approves the encroachment permit for Wilson Utility Co. to replace one 1 Southern California Edison utility pole X6466E within Caltrans right-of-way ROW along State Route SR 33 at post mile PM 10.07, as well as perform traffic control activities, south of the City of Ojai in Ventura County. Excavation will be 6 feet deep, with an average width and length of 2 feet by 2 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new ROW will be acquired.
