Addendum 2 to 2005 MND for Groundwater Containment, Treatment, and Restoration Project

Addendum 2 evaluates the following modifications: New well wastewater discharge pump-to-waste pipeline generally paralleling the existing 18-inch PVC line and terminating at a new engineered outfall on the bank of the Santa Clara River; includes limited bank work at the outfall and short pipeline segment within state jurisdictional area.
