CRC proposes to drill new production well 13SEY-35S in the Elk Hills oil field, utilizing existing access. 13SEY-35S 35.27745100, -119.37557400 is being drilled on an existing well pad location, a 2-in flowline 700-ft and a 3-in gas line 400-ft will follow an existing pipeline.
