Description
The California Department of Transportation Caltrans proposes replacing four 4 culverts on State Route SR 26 and SR 49 in Calaveras County. One 1 culvert will be replaced on SR 26 at postmile PM 23.64 and three 3 culverts will be replaced on SR 49 at postmiles PM 20.17, 20.20 and 20.24. All work will occur within existing Caltrans Right of Way. The purpose of this project is to replace the damaged and failing culverts. The project is needed to ensure motorist safety over these drainages.
