Caltrans proposes a highway maintenance pavement project on SR 45, PM 0.00 to 16.84. The purpose of this project is to preserve the existing facilities and prevent further deterioration of the roadway. Tis project is needed because the existing pavement shows signs of distress and poor ride quality.
