The purpose of this Project is to provide wastewater service to the Islamic Center of Jurupa Valley, a mosque located immediately adjacent to, but outside Jurupa Community Services District service area. The mosque currently relies on septic system for wastewater service because although the mosque is located within the Santa Ana River Water Company SARWC service area, the SARWC does not provide wastewater service.
