Description
Control upgrades to existing HVAC equipment at six existing District high school campuses; and, at Troy High School, the in-place replacement of existing central plant equipment - four existing cooling-only chillers and four existing gas-fired boilers - with four high-efficiency electric air-cooled heat pump chillers providing chilled- and hot-water service to the same buildings at substantially the same capacity.
