Caltrans approves the encroachment permit for Southern California Edison SCE to replace two 2 utility poles 1089703E and 4651219E within Caltrans right-of-way ROW along State Route SR 150 at post mile PM 3.62, as well as perform traffic control activities, in unincorporated Ventura County. Excavation will be 6 feet deep, with an average width and length of 2 feet by 2 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new ROW will be acquired.
