Los Vaqueros Dam Toe Drain Rehabilitation Project (Notification of Lake or Streambed Alteration, No. EPIMS-CCA-60160-R3)

The California Department of Fish and Wildlife CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-CCA-60160-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Contra Costa Water District. The project is limited to rehabilitating and realigning the dam’s existing toe drain outfall, redirecting it into a new underground pump package system/vault to discharge seepage water and surface drainage into the lower Kellogg Creek.
