Replace Coastal Access Stairway

Beach access via stairway 6 has reached a condition that poses a public safety risk due to its age and deferred maintenance. The disrepair includes splintering handrails and worn and broken treads. In addition, the footings are in a state of advanced disrepair from years of use and exposure to a coastal environment.
