HMS Security Fencing an Bird Netting

The purpose of this project is to repair damaged security fencing and install bird exclusion netting at multiple Caltrans maintenance stations in Inyo and Kern counties. The security fencing a the Tehachapi maintenance station has been damaged and needs to be replaced. In addition, exclusion netting needs to be installed to prevent birds from nesting and roosting in open bays at the Inyokern, Mojave, and Shoshone maintenance stations.
