PROJECT TITLE CONTINUED: Finding District: 1 The project consists of amending the existing State Route 11 Alta Road Freeway Maintenance Agreement FMA between the County of San Diego and the California Department of Transportation Caltrans to include two newly constructed locations: the Enrico Fermi Drive Overcrossing and the Siempre Viva Road Overcrossing in East Otay Mesa. These facilities were completed by Caltrans as part of the State Route 11 project and lie within State right-of-way.
