Description

The California Department of Transportation Caltrans District 4 proposes upgrading controller cabinets and replacing loop detectors at eight locations on Interstate I- 680 in Contra Costa County from about 1.05 mile south of Stone Valley undercrossing to about 0.7 mile north of Oak Park Boulevard overcrossing. Construction will involve slot cutting the pavement, allowing the inductive loops to be placed in pavement. Some project elements will occur off the paved roadway.
