Description
The California Department of Transportation Caltrans proposes to cold plane the existing pavement and replace it with Hot Mix Asphalt. Other project work includes installing inside and outside shoulder rumble strips and placing shoulder backing. Any severely distressed underlying Portland cement concrete panels will be replaced with Hot-Mix Asphalt.
