The San Luis Obispo Coast District will issue a Right of Entry permit ROE to AT&T and its contractor, Leo Tidwell Excavating Company and any other authorized contractors to Monta&241;a de Oro State Park to remove a fiber optic cable from conduit, a manhole, and a vault under the Sandspit parking lot.
