Install a new swing gate and new signpost on the access road to the existing Communications Tower off Back Bone Road at Malakoff Diggins State Historic Park to secure the facility, reduce illegal dumping of vehicles and other waste, prevent unauthorized vehicle access to the repeater site, and reinforce a US Forest Service USFS road closure.
